NEED DIRECTION AND GUIDANCE?

A Life Marked by Encounter
When worship was still hymnals and choirs, God began stirring something deeper inside. Psalm 22:3 - He is holy who dwells in the singing praises of His people.
Before worship leaders and worship teams existed, there was a guitar player who spoke and sang about the greatness of God and what happens when we sing praise to Him.
Before worship became an industry, a young man traveled the world, modeling and teaching authentic worship.
LaMar began hosting some of the first worship seminars in the United States, teaching the emerging concepts of worship leadership and worship teams. What is now a common language was then unfamiliar territory.
All these years, LaMar Boschman has stood at the intersection of music and the presence of God.
THE INTERNATIONAL WORSHIP INSTITUTE
FOR 27 YEARS, LEADERS AND WORSHIP TEAMS CAME FROM AROUND THE WORLD
In 1986, LaMar Boschman founded the International Worship Institute to help pastors, musicians, and worship leaders understand the biblical foundations of worship and learn how to lead congregations into the presence of God.
At a time when the modern worship movement was still emerging, the Institute became one of the earliest gatherings dedicated specifically to worship theology, leadership, and ministry training. Churches and worship teams from around the world came to learn how music, Scripture, and spiritual leadership work together in worship.
For twenty-seven years, the Institute helped strengthen leaders and teams, grounding worship in Scripture, reverence, and spiritual maturity.
